Brad Ciociola is the founder and owner of      Carolina Boat and Yacht Brokers. As owner he wears many hats from acting as a brokerage agent to defacto web designer. He is in charge of the company's day to day operation including listings, closings and marketing. As a broker his specialty is the saltwater fishing boat market including everything from skiffs to large sportfishing yachts.

Brad enjoys boating with his family along the Crystal Coast on their Sea Fox 256 Commander named Playin Hooky. He is also a member of the  Insufishent Funds fishing team that competes in the North Carolina Governor's Cup Billfish Circuit.
